- Order Cut-off:5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York) for same-day processing; orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
- Handling Time:1-2 business days for order processing and preparation, excluding weekends and holidays.
C. Delivery Carriers
- Service Providers:Partnered with UPS, USPS, and FedEx; the system assigns the optimal carrier based on your location.
- Expedited Service:Next-day delivery available in select areas (additional fee applies at checkout).
D. Address Changes
- Modification Window:Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of ordering (based on order timestamp).

F. Damaged Parcels

G. Manufacturer Direct Shipping

- Transit Time:1-5 business days, dependent on manufacturer location (e.g., 5 days from West Coast to East Coast).
- Tracking:Tracking number emailed within 24 hours of dispatch for real-time updates on carrier websites.
- Updates:We’ll notify you within 24 hours of any delays and assist with resolution.
H. International Orders
- Additional Costs:Customs duties, taxes, and shipping fees apply; amounts are displayed at checkout (including duty estimation).
- Compliance:Buyers are responsible for local import regulations; returned orders due to customs issues will be refunded minus round-trip shipping fees.
I. Tracking Information
- Notification:Tracking details with a link sent via email after dispatch, showing pickup, transit, and delivery status.
